- Products
We sell upholstered wall panels, headboard panel sets, and custom upholstered configurations.
All products are made to order unless stated otherwise.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, or dimensions may occur. These do not constitute defects.
- Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- All information provided is accurate.
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- You agree to pay the full amount including delivery charges.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept payment via credit/debit card and approved online payment providers like Stripe
Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
- Delivery
We deliver within Ireland unless otherwise agreed.
Estimated delivery times are indicative only and may vary due to production lead times, courier delays, or seasonal demand.
Customers must ensure the delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive large items.
- Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Our upholstered panels and headboard sets are made to order.
Under EU Consumer Rights regulations, custom-made products are non-refundable unless faulty, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly supplied.
Customers are responsible for confirming sizes and fabric selections before ordering.
- Returns and Refunds
For non-custom items (if applicable), customers may cancel within 14 days under EU distance selling regulations.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and notified in writing within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
- Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours and provide clear photographic evidence. Original packaging must be retained.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
- Installation
Customers are responsible for proper wall preparation and correct installation.
We are not liable for damage caused by improper installation.
- Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, descriptions, branding, and logos, belongs to Decotella Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.
- Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, installation errors, or colour variations due to screen settings.
